      No hard pressing deadlines or anything like that

      Cons

      No yearly raise, no future outlook, management circus with 50 layers of useless middle-management and constant restructuring of those same layers.

      I am here almost 2 years and refused some good opportunities from others. The reason is the culture and the trust that is like no other i have ever experienced

      Changes happen often, but not major ones, ant that is not always a bad thing.
