      Pros

      Most colleagues are really nice and helpful. Really patience with freshly grad.

      Cons

      The management is horrible, especially the higher-ups. Probation meetings are unclear and biased; by telling you non-work related problems is your biggest problem, like having your phone out during dinner.

      Remote, they don’t bother you too mich

      Cons

      When my contract was up with the 3rd party I was not told until after business hours and I was done. There was no warning
