      My experience with Addax has been phenomenal. Addax inflicts growth/development in all aspects of personal and work-related life. Management is highly obtainable within a merit-based team environment. At Addax, you’ll get the opportunity to be apart of a dynamic culture, grow within the company, and become a leader.

      Cons

      Coming onboard may seem a bit overwhelming, but I would advise being proactive and reaching out if there is any questions you might have. Staying on top of things will allow your success.

      Pros

      I’m very glad I stuck it through because I learned so much. I recently got a new job and I realized how much I’ve grown and learned overall. Can’t thank Eli and Nick for what they’ve done, very genuine guys! Love the people, leaders, and travel, and overall experience.

      Cons

      Not for everyone! I was in Sam’s representing services like AT&T. Overwhelming at first. It’s uncomfortable because it’s face to face in retail but looking back, I’ve learned real life skills doing it. Pay can be hit or miss but it is entry level. Plus it’s very easy to burnout because there is so much you can do to get ahead.
