Staff learned how to work together with very little and inconsistent direction from Proctor.

Cons

Lack of clinically sound leadership. Not staffed properly to adequately treat clients. Staff treated poorly by mgmt...expected to skip breaks and work extra hours. Highly dysfunctional work environment.
