      Pros

      I have been with Addison Group for 10+ years. The company values loyalty and efforts. You get what you put into your role, whatever role that is. The open door policy allows someone the ability to be expressive with ideas, concerns, feedback. The company is nationwide, and has several opportunities throughout the organization. I moved my way up in the last 10 years, and have had a few different roles as opportunities became available. They promote from within, and really focus on developing the right people for the role.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work for what you want. Which in today's world seems to be an issue!

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
