      Pros

      None come to mind, honestly. Sometimes they had free food/booze? (had to hit the 5 word minimum).

      Cons

      Extremely poorly run, complete lack of transparency, zero diversity and run by racist, misogynistic, dishonest, unethical, downright pathetic excuses for "leaders". Not only does leadership lack any intellect or class, but they also regularly exhibit behavior that puts employees in harm's way. Luckily they hire post-grads who somehow are even dumber than they are and thus continue to get away with it. I sincerely hope that the lack of ethics will be exposed now that the company can no longer hide its sins with revenue. FUTURE INVESTORS OR PE FIRMS, THINK TWICE.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
