The culture, hands down, is the best I have experienced, and it comes from the top down, starting with our CEO Tom Moran. He is consistently present, active, and engaging with all employees on his focus on people-first culture. Our company provides resources including wellness programs, benefit information courses, leadership training, peer-to-peer networking, DEI internal resources like our Taskforce, and so much more.
The best part about my job is it doesn't feel like work. Everyone is here to uplift you, support your goals, and drive towards success together. I am privileged to work with a team that feels like family more than coworkers and cares about how I am outside of just the job.
When the main focus is on your people, it carries across everything we do and is truly why Addison Group was as successful as we were during the pandemic. I am not only thankful to be in a role during those times, but with a team that I could count on every step of the way.
