      Growing Company - Recruiter Addison Group Employee Review

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly but the current market can't keep up with past growth expectations.

      Cons

      HQ leadership still expects 2021 numbers in a 2023 market which is putting a lot of stress on managers and producers. Everywhere I turn managers are starting to step down or leave the company which is concerning, and there is a lot of micro management from higher ups who are panicking because they have no say on what the market does.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
