Management consistently arrives late and fails to lead by example. There is a clear culture of favoritism, and the training process is disorganized and inadequate. Additionally, management frequently uses unprofessional language and openly speaks negatively about candidates and clients. I often felt excluded by the branch manager and did not receive proper training or support.
There is no job stability, and I am relieved to have left. The office severely lacks diversity, with the majority of the staff being white. If you are a person of color, you will likely experience differential and negative treatment it’s noticeable and disheartening. Advancement or job security seems to depend on how much you cater to management, and those who do not are either pushed to leave or let go.
I was particularly disturbed by the behavior of the regional director, who openly fat shamed a mother and her child during a team lunch. The overall culture at Addison is toxic, with leadership displaying blatant ignorance and prejudice. I would not recommend working here, especially if you value professionalism, inclusion, and a supportive environment.
