Pros

Nice office location Discounts on trave The business has potential for growth and positive cultural change with the right leadership focus

Cons

No flexibility -being required to work 4 days a week in the office is not truly “hybrid” working, especially when there is little consideration for work-life balance or individual circumstances. It feels more like a rigid office-based policy with limited trust in employees to manage their workload effectively remotely. There is also very little focus on learning and development. Since I have been here, the entire HR team has left, which highlights clear retention issues within the department and raises concerns around culture, support, and progression opportunities. There does not appear to be much investment in developing or retaining talent internally. In addition, the Head of HR is rarely in the office 4 days a week themselves, which makes the policy feel inconsistent and difficult to take seriously. It is hard for employees to feel engaged with a policy that leadership do not appear to follow or model themselves. This creates a disconnect between expectations placed on employees and the behaviours demonstrated by senior leadership.

Pros

Free half-Bagel Fridays, Ample Parking in rear. always hiring. will start you litterally the next day due to being understaffed.

Cons

Cosntant surveilance. If you go potty management knows you went and how long you were taking. You need key to leave bathroom hallway. they track you. Calls are recorded and monitored. Swear or hang up on customer and its instant termination. Promises of promotion that never come. Spoke to people who were there for over 2 years and had not recieved a raise or promotion yet had more duties. Extremely understaffed tehy need to hire 50 booking agents. you will do the work of 10+ people. if you are off the phone for more than 11 seconds you get talked at by management. not to.... At and must have good excuse for not being on the phone. open 24/7/7/365 including all holidays such as xmas.

Pros

None that i can think of, stay away

Cons

Simply put your a slave point blank period, most of the dispatcher there have no college education but think they are smart. Constantly getting harassed and belittled, department full of alcoholics racist and gamblers. Makes me believe the old owners of Flyte Tyme are nothing but low lives who allow this behavior in a corporate office. You have to love walking in on a Monday morning and hearing F this F that in an open space. We are talked to so low i am surprised no one has ever brought a gun into the office! Racist guys in the office would never have the guts to talk to you the way they do outside. Low morale all the way simply because most people that work here have only a high school diploma (trumps america)
