- Great support of the AR team (back office as well as the dedicated mentor) - Very flexible working around your life (great for people with family or other commitments). - You work for your own pockets. I usually delivered great work for my managers and they got the big salary. Not here. The earning potential is unlimited. The more time you can invest the more you get out! - Better source of income than any positions I could consider / be considered for.

I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to start their own business and take matters in their own hands. There isn’t a catch to it. It was the best decision I made in my professional career to join AR.
