Pros

Some of the clients are really caring awesome people.

Cons

Some of the clients ARE NOT caring awesome people. Also supervisors are not helpful. Constantly switching supervisors, making it impossible to know who to come to with issues. Also took all my vacation I worked for after almost 3 years because a client passed away and my hours dropped below full time for one week.
