I would have to say that the best things I've found working for Arcadia is my agency director, Dani McIntyre and my regional director, Theresa Ruedisueli. They are both AMAZING to work for. I also love being able to help clients get matched up with the perfect HHA or CNA. I pride myself with having great customer service, so I feel that I also get to know the clients & caregivers personally. I just really enjoy what I do!
Cons
Sometimes caregivers & clients can be frustrating, but we kill them with kindness and that usually turns things around. I can't really say anything bad about the company.
