Pros
Seemed quick to place me in a position.
Cons
In over twenty years of work experience, Adecco is the only company to mess up my payroll -- TWICE. Four weeks into the assignment I just didn't get paid. I called as soon as I found out and was given an email at 5 pm that day stating I would get paid in two business days. Since payday is a Thursday, that meant I wouldn't see my paycheck until Monday. I called back that Friday, expressing how urgently I needed them to have paid me ON TIME and if there was any solution we could in act so I got paid that day. I was told they would call me back a half hour later after looking into it. An hour later, no call -- so I follow up. Apparently, the problem was all on Adecco's side, not the site I was at. I could potentially get a paper check, but it was a 50/50 chance I could even deposit it based on the payroll process on the east coast. Many promises were made that I'd be paid by Saturday (paid on Monday instead). In addition, they were leaving early at 1 PM that Friday. The whole office. No one to cover in the event there was an issue for the last 4 hours? Nope. Second episode was two weeks later. Instead of just not getting paid, I only received 18 hours of pay. I call in, speak directly to the lead of the office. Apparently, there was an entire OTHER payroll issue going on at the time where tons of people didn't get paid in addition to my unique situation. Again, promises made about receiving pay on Saturday. Being today is that Saturday, I can assure you I didn't get paid as promised AGAIN. What sucks about this whole process is there's nothing I can do but post reviews like this. It's pointless to file a complaint with the state since my wages are just late. I'm not getting any restitution for their mistake. After getting placed at a site, their primary purpose is just to make sure I get compensated and that isn't reliable on their end. I will be posting this review on multiple sites.
