Pros
(All the statements below can only be applied to the perm division) *All bosses within the perm team are friendly *They don't really give pressure on consultants *If you are looking for a place to start your recruitment career, it is the right place *Casual Friday, 2-hour early off per month, Incentive trip twice a year *In some particular desks, they have lots of clients you can fill such as Customer Service and Retail *Promotion path is clear and stated black and white *Definitely achievable targets
Cons
*Bad location (Fortress Hill) *Sometimes, the atmosphere in the office is too relaxing, people who don't have the right attitude may become lazy (That's why it is a place for newbies to learn) *Only a few desks are developed. Some are completely undeveloped such as banking, finance, IT, Legal, Office Admin, etc *BIGGEST PROBLEM you can only do positions with monthly salary of $3x,xxx or below, others have to be passed to Spring Professional (recruitment firm also owned by Adecco Group). It means if your existing client contact you for candidates whose salary is above $3x,xxx, you can either reject your client or pass the opening to Spring Professional (Really discouraging)
