      Flexibility, good pay, and working with a globally recognized company.

      Cons

      It isn't easy to get a pay rise as the agent doesn't have the power to decide about things like this, and the company you work with isn't technically your employer. Lack of benefits like health insurance, increasing holiday time, or permanent contract ( I guess it depends for which company and role you are hired).

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
