Varies from department to department, but mostly overworked and underpaid, not the place to make real money, salaries are a complete joke, more than that an insult. Supervisors are required to be inept to get those positions. People on high ranking places are good at finding a scapegoat than at fixing problems, to fix problems they relay on intimidation and seat back to have someone that's working for peanuts solve the real issues, then take the credit. Discrimination... Minorities do not stand a chance of growing here, they have to leave, and usually they do within 2 years.
