Pros
Adelphic has a best in class mobile DSP tech stack and has made the right bet by investing in the mobile programmatic space. It's a booming (and competitive) market segment and Adelphic has great penetration within some of the biggest brands at all the major holding companies. The company is still small (although growing fast) and is incredibly nimble. Certain things at big companies that can take quarters get turned around within weeks or days.
- The engineering and product teams are seasoned veterans with deep technical and industry expertise.
- Adelphic is a very collaborative and transparent environment. People within all teams across the company are always willing to help.
- Good work/life balance in engineering/product.
Cons
It's not always easy hiring and finding talent in the Boston Burbs. However, the new office location in downtown Waltham has a much better office vibe than past locations.
The DSP market is crowded and there are many potential threats which include Google and Facebook, but also the massive desktop DSPs and enterprise companies (Oracle, Adobe, etc). It's amazing Adelphic has been able to not only compete but increase marketshare from companies 10-100x their size.
