Pros
Close to none the longer you stay. Do not expect to be heard or for your values to be recognized.. really recognized not just verbally. Also do not expect them to keep their promises or to look out for you and/or your professional evolution.
Cons
Their employees come last; interest, salary, benefit, value and well being wise. They promise things in interviews that they won't keep. They will spend hours reassuring you and then throw you under the bus the following second.
