Pros
Have the ability to learn some good stuff when paired with the right person.
Cons
- Extremely unorganized, each client can be set up differently from naming conventions to how a network is designed. - The company started around 2009 and they still pay like it is that year. - Expectation is to be available 24/7 with the extremely low pay and they kind of assume this is your only job. After hours on call every couple of weeks. - Pathetic car mileage reimbursement for traveling all over the island. - Still have old offline systems in monitoring which creates confusing and problematic troubleshooting. - Management monitors emails and internal company team messaging. - When going to client sites with construction, no safety equipment is given and there were some questionable things done to install products. - An individual that works there is one of the most arrogant & condescending people I have ever met. Assumes you know everything he does and talks down to every person on the "team."
