Still on the fence - Anonymous employee Adeptive Software Employee Review

First, thanks for taking the time to review Adeptive. Even if there are some hard things for us to hear, I’d much rather hear about them than have anyone remain silent about concerns they may have. I am hoping you can find a way to be comfortable talking to me more directly about your views (or reach out to whomever you trust the most on the leadership/management team). As you know, it was a crazy year as we worked to significantly upgrade our overall Quality Assurance process/tools/team while at the same time adding almost twice as many users as planned. That said, we were able to find and hire our new Senior Vice President of Strategy and he has helped us shape and begin to communicate the vision and plan for the product going forward (though there will be more on that shortly!). Our desire and intent are to continue to conduct ourselves according to our core values in everything we do and that is why we use them so extensively throughout our various processes. I am keen to understand where you see us falling short, particularly in that we received such high marks in this area in our September all-company survey. Again, if not me, please seek out anyone on the leadership team to discuss. I firmly believe that the best results are produced by people who are in a job they love doing, at a company that they respect, and I want that to be the case for everyone in our company.
