      Adeso gives one an opportunity to be more diversified especially on the available opportunities. There is also a good working relationship between the management and their employees.

      The management should give the employees time to adjust to their new workstation since different people come from different backgrounds.

      Good ideas if they could actually be implemented

      This organization has so much potential. But it is so poorly managed that it is unable to live up to its promise. Beyond mismanagement, the ED can be cruel and bullying.

      Corruption; Misappropriation of funds; Unclear communication channels; Vertical "personality" based management structure. Not a trustworthy, competent or ethical entity to conduct business with.
