Pros

Get to choose your own schedule. Get to work at home. Easy to use software and applications. Very friendly staff/coaches.

Cons

Situation with slow time at beginning months of the year was not explained fully when asked during interview. In fact, there were several things not correctly represented. I don't like feeling like I am harassing people that do not want to participate in this service (which they have never heard of) and making them jump through so many hoops to be taken off the list, only to call these people for one last chance to participate at the end of the year after they already made it very clear they don't want this service. For those that want the service, it is great. For those that don't, you better have thick skin with all the hoops you'll ask them to jump through to decline it.
