      Pros

      - So much to learn with many tech stack and training given - Almost zero workplace politics, good co-worker and leader - Good benefit, salary, BPJS, health insurance, leave, outing with office

      Cons

      - Timetight project with many overtime (over promises to client) - Promotion isn't about technical, it is about business knowledge even if you are engineer - Management vision is good but fall behind stackholder and client's ridiculous timeline

      Co-workers is good, very friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management can get angry to non related person, ie : Person A make mistake, Person B got yelled at only because is in the same department
