good wage , big office , next to metro.
Cons
no management what ‘s ever . they treat you like a tool . no conversation about design idea . no big picture explaining, no schedule, tasks were given daily but messy. people wasted much time out together internal presentation instead of actual design . knowledge level is very low . people don’t stay there long. they basically tell you that you should not design but just put in min code requiring dimension and let upper level sketch . it is truly unethical.
