      No experience needed to enter, you have great deal of autonomy to work, young people to have fun with while you work

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of all employees, bad salaries, disorganized, not at all transparent with the clients, there is no internal communication, 0 benefits working there

      Sometimes there is a little bit of chaos, but is this chaos that allows you to suggest changes and make things better. It makes you grow

      Young people and good environment.

      Cons

      Bad salaries. Chaos between departments. Some people have benefits that others cannot have. No motivation for the employee. No extras.
