There are no pros to working here

Unpleasant and unprofessional. Treat staff like dirt, equipment is all very old and slow making daily tasks very difficult. Speak out against the awful treatment and you will just be forced out. Minimum wage and minimum training, and you will be blamed for the mistakes made as a result of this.

Having started as a temporary member of staff while on leave from Uni, I decided that I wanted to carry on working and do part time studies instead. I was able to discuss this with the directors who were more than supportive, but also wanted to make sure that I made the right choice for myself. I've since progressed not only to a full time employee, but have been promoted 3 times and constantly recognized for the effort that I put in to work. The management, and directors in particular are a lovely bunch, who would bend over backwards to help someone in need, and everyone has a laugh with each other, making it a very enjoyable place of work. Not bad for a first "proper" job!

The building is either really hot or really cold, depending on the weather, and can sometimes get a bit stressful if we are short staffed, but I've never been in a job that doesn't get stressful every now and then!
