9yDear Former Employee, we're sorry to hear you weren't happy working at Admiral. We pride ourselves on being different, as we understand our frontline staff have a tough job. That's why we work hard to incorporate fun elements into the working day to reward our staff members for the job they do. We are sorry the culture and environment didn't suit you and understand open plan offices and an open culture aren't for everyone. This is why part of our recruitment process involves visiting the office so that you can get a good idea of the working environment you'd be in and decide if it's for you. We also give a full day back in lieu of each weekend day that's been worked so you always end up with the same number of working days as someone who isn't working weekends. We're sorry this didn't work for you, but we hope you've gone on to find somewhere that suits you better.
