Pros
Staff in UK office were fantastic. UK CEO is extremely proactive & wanted to build a business. Free to come up with new ideas. Able to work flexibly in terms of going out to search for new business & partnerships etc.
Cons
Poor salary. Total disconnect between management and UK market. Back office processes were extremely inefficient. Any ideas were knocked back by board. Small budget for marketing.
