Pros
Smart+dedicated founder and team. Everybody trusts each other to put in the work necessary to get things done, and will go the extra mile to make something right. In other words, very little micromangement. Great culture, I actually don't mind hanging out with these people after work.
As founders go, Steph is fantastic - she's the type to lead by example and is not afraid to be transparent about funding/company direction. Turns out that being a good person and going about things the right way inspires people to work hard, who knew?
Product-wise, there is much potential and everybody is open to learning new processes/trying quick experiments to see what works and what doesn't. Team is also open to user feedback and not afraid to ask questions; It's a great environment for product people because you're able to see impact right away.
Cons
It's a startup, so there isn't a lot of guidance or blueprint, which can be good and bad. Communication can improve - since it's such a small team the dynamic can get too comfortable, with people (myself included) sometimes hesitant to say what needs to be said. Also, because we're pretty lean, benefits are non-existent (health insurance plz).
