In the market, there is a lot of buzz and excitement about audio which means that it's a great place to be as a sales person speaking to marketers, agencies, and brands. There is a lot of autonomy and a fairly new team which is growing in both people and culture. A lot of changes have happened in the last few years which means there is a fresh team and a culture and direction is there for the taking.
Cons
You have to do a lot of hustling internally to get heard, which can be typical for a smaller company being bought by a larger US team.
