Pros
Most people had a good relationship, the board was reachable and had open communication, much better than most companies. Some people got promoted after a "kindly reminder".
Cons
Lack of communication between some peers, not only management vs the board, but also between teams and within each of them. There was very few meetings to align ongoing jobs, tasks, action plans etc.
