      NONE! they do not support career growth for all. It's all about if upper management likes you or not

      unfair to minority employees, unfair pay, unsafe work environment, upper management will outright disrespect employees, yell at employees and treat them like children and expect respect in return.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.
