      I was able to advance within the store rather quickly. In 7 years, I went from a part time team member to a full time supervisory position.

      Negativity from upper management, micromanaged by upper management, changes in the structure of the company

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
