Pros
The company is fantastic, and my coworkers are truly a pleasure to work alongside. While there are challenges in production, collaborating with stores and partners to resolve issues is both rewarding and fulfilling.
Cons
Long working hours often required, which can affect work-life balance. Compensation does not reflect the level of effort and contributions expected from employees. Frequent management changes make it difficult to maintain continuity and ensure that previous contributions are valued and built upon.
