Pay check has never bounced. Other then that I really can't think of any.
Cons
If you are a technician for this company you will be screwed over. They expect their technicians to do everything on both ends. In the field and pretty much the office work as well. There seems to be a growing hatred for the technicians here, whenever someone in the office screws up they will instantly call and take it out on the technician. They used to care about their people but now it seems that they have bitten by greed. Right out of the gate they will take 7 1/2 hours away from you claiming it's for travel and lunch time but god forbid you try to stop for lunch. If you are looking for a job in the commercial appliance industry look else where. This company has one of their field leads that takes the company van to the bar daily and gets hammered then drives it home but he's a boss so no problem there even though the gps shows it! But if you try to stop for a burger they demand an explanation.
