HR is not on site and difficult to reach. Management has no on-site supervision and can be verbally abusive and demeaning in times of stress. Management shows clear favoritism, and does not correct mistreatment from other management and doctors.

I enjoyed working with a few people and a few doctors.

There is so much drama and favoritism throughout this company that it is hard to enjoy your job. You don't get paid enough at all, raises are a joke, you are extremely overworked, under appreciated, and most of the doctors are extremely rude. Nothing ever gets done about suggestions or concerns that you have.
