Pros
I have been with Harmony Bay and ABHS for a few years now and was able to grow within the company. While working in the mental health field is never easy, especially in today's society, I see consistent efforts by leadership and ownership to continue improving upon processes and policies for our clients as well as our staff whenever feasible. Being as it is healthcare, and we are growing quickly, the ability to remain adaptable with a solid work-ethic is key. I have recommended employment through ABHS to many acquaintances and friends and will continue to do so.
Cons
A fast-paced and dynamic environment is not for everyone; however this is not a personal con for myself.
