Pros
The office atmosphere is relaxed and the overall work environment is great. Co-workers and management are all supportive and willing to help whenever needed. There's plenty of opportunities for motivated individuals, and promotions are based on merit rather than length of employment.
Cons
Like any IT job, there's always high priority issues that need to be fixed quickly, and those issues are one of the biggest causes of stress. However,those issues exist in any IT position.
