      The pay can be good.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic place I have ever worked at. The original owner of the company left for his granddaughters to run and they are not qualified to do so. They have very little, if any, experience working outside of this company. If course, they have the degrees and letters behind their names but that does not qualify them. This company is fear driven and all communications are monitored. From emails to actually having cameras inside the office to eavesdrop on conversations. I have never seen anything like this. The CEO is the most paranoid of them all.
