Decent pay, great to work with medical staff, liked my direct supervisor, liked Corrections and officers.

Cons

No room for advancement, owned by doctors- but out of touch ones, no empathy

If at all possible, we will promote from within providing our employees room for growth and advancement. Empathy is one of our core values that we take seriously. When personal crisis occur with our employees, we work with them to provide them whatever they may need. We realize life happens and have empathy for those experiencing these not so great times.
