Interesting job. Motosport engineering, design and manufacturing of components.

It's impossible to work with the CEO of the company. He is constantly angry with people, shouting and yelling with everybody. Impossible. He treats adults like children. Since ALL the work contracts are precarious, he has the leverage to treat people that way. There is not one single document that you can refer to, to do yout job. Salary is not bad, meal allowance is low, no medical insurance. In my tenure at Adess 6 engineers left the company. About half the team.

Good environment. Fun different projects. Was able to work in different areas. Parking spot.

Location is a bit remote from the center of lisbon. Salary is a portuguese salary.
