Pros
Was really happy working for them during my first months because of the ff:
-great workmates
-welcoming environment
-many tools u can use for working
-flexible time
-cake for newbies
-food and cake for bdays
-they provide paid trainings and certifications
-they promote deserving people
-fun monthly townhalls
-above average salary
Cons
Like any companies, they have their flaws too:
-time tracking is too strict
-no hmo or any health card, we were promised but there were still none when i left
-management needs better communication with employees
-high turnover rate, people get laid off quite a lot
I believe these could be improved
