This is a workplace that treats you like family. The management team cares deeply about the employees and goes to great lengths to increase their quality of life. Working here was truly a privilege and a blessing.

I have no cons for this workplace

Pay for most positions is competitive and initial MA certification expenses are covered in most circumstances. Some of the doctors are great and the practice is large enough that you can move if the team you're on isn't a great fit. They do offer profit sharing and retirement match after 1 year.

Training is sub par to non-existant. Rules and protocols are inconsistently enforced, so some employees take advantage of others. Upper management cannot be trusted to handle things professionally and value profits over people (employees and patients alike). There are a few docs who make the lives of their staff miserable.
