New management needed - Anonymous Advanced Input Systems Employee Review

While there are a few good managers most are unpleasant and micro-managers. One manager in particular has run off a host of employees in her dept. with her rude attitude and poor management skills. Many would rather change departments or quit than have her for a manager. The company also likes to change the role of the employees and combine positions without increasing the pay or even understanding what the roles in question do on a day to day basis. They instantly throw you in the deep end expecting that you can swim with little to no training.
