Your views aren't listened to, you are always told "the company chooses to go else where". You are treated like you don't know your stuff, even when you graduated for it. Many long nights spent in tears out of frustration. Employees aren't listened to and it's like hell getting out. Stay Away.

Poor management of employees Management feels more like an old boys club Lack of benefits due to being a small company and "not legally having to provide them" Job title and work requirements can be changed and you either accept the new hours/position or you are let go
