Pros
None really. They offer you benefits after 30 days of employment, but keep in mind the prices are high if you have family members. You're better off shopping around for their insurance.
Cons
This company has a lot of broken promises. They tell you they will promote from within, but it seems like you need to know someone or be related to the family in order to get in. Hard work doesn't pay off. All they care about is who likes you. If The VP Doesn't like you (she doesn't like anyone) then you will never be able to promote. Keep in mind she sits at a desk in corporate. Miles and miles away from your location and has no idea how your work ethic is. She will judge you and determine if you should grow. There's a lot of drama due to the fact corporate and properties are so disconnected. Don't bother asking HR for help. She's extremely rude and is the definition of what everything in HR shouldn't be.
