Pros
It's clear that the current management team care a great deal about the company culture and consistently encourage all staff to contribute to the work culture they want to be a part of. I have an appreciation for the consistent transparency into daily operations and even the bigger picture items. Although the work environment is fast paced, there is a tremendous amount of time and energy invested into each new employee to ensure training is cohesive and effective. There are growth opportunities that all staff are encouraged to apply for. There is a pretty consistent pattern of advancing folks from within as well.
Cons
There are occasional hiccups with the proprietary portal all staff members work on, and only having access to external network support contacts can be problematic.
