In my experience, employees were often encouraged to work harder and take on additional responsibilities without seeing meaningful rewards or career growth in return. I also felt that management did not always value employee input, and communication regarding promotions and internal opportunities could have been more transparent. At times, it seemed that hiring or promotion decisions had already been made before interviews took place, which made it difficult to feel that everyone was being given an equal opportunity. Employee turnover appeared to be high during my time there, and morale was often affected by management practices. While some people may have a different experience, mine left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. The people on the floor were the best part of the job, but I would encourage potential employees to carefully consider the company’s culture and advancement opportunities before accepting a position.
