Your working in a very controlled atmosphere it might not look like it at first but it is, your schedule is a strict 8:30-5pm , you have NO! 15 MINUTE BREAKS!!! They don't tell you this until you get hired, YOU CANNOT LISTEN TO MUSIC!!! The dress code is supposed to be business casual however this is the only job where you can wear RED, GREEN, PINK, PURPLE, BLUE ECT: Hair along with piercings, tattoos and nothing is said. But when you wear Jeans any other day but Friday then it's against dress code depending on who you are.. The doctor is alright with people talking all day but if you want to put in your ear phones and concentrate on your accounts then your the one he is fussing at not the people who have been talking personal conversations for hours. Your business is all over the office, if you tell one person your not going to be in ECT you might as well tell the whole office there is no privacy. Most of the people that have been working here for 3 years plus are still making under the salary that they should be making.
